Legacy Management is a family owned and operated Property Management Company serving the tri-state area for over 25 years. The Company's main focus is the management of both multifamily and commercial developments consisting of apartment communities, commercial centers and self storage operations. Our associated companies are involved in commercial development, residential land development, commercial construction and single family home construction.

Our Founders Rudy Kreutzjans , and Joe Fullenkamp , have been building projects and managing properties since 1978. Since that time the company has evolved and grown into one of the most respected management companies in the area. Their sons, Brian Fullenkamp and Ross Kreutzjans , are joint owners and are the second generation to continue the “Tradition in Excellence” and to insure continuity into the future. The company has continued to prosper and grow and currently employs over 20 professionals in the Property Management field.
