PROPERTY MANAGER
Job Description
The Property Manager shall be the on site individual tasked with the overall responsibility of all aspects of running the Property.
Specific responsibilities dealing with the job are listed below (to include but not limited to):
You are responsible for all activities that occur at the property. A manager must have a sense of pride for the community and must instill that sense of pride in the others on the staff and the residents.
You are responsible to make sure that all policies and procedures are followed by the staff and residents.
You are responsible to make sure the property, interior and exterior, is taken care of at all times and is kept in the appropriate condition.
You are responsible to insure that the Leasing Staff and the Maintenance Staff perform all of their duties in a timely and professional manner.
You are responsible to insure the office is staffed at all appropriate times. If a member of your staff does not report as scheduled (reports in sick or otherwise), it is your responsibility to find a replacement or cover that person's time.
You are responsible to cover emergencies or night calls that are applicable to your job.
You are responsible to protect the best interest of the Owners of the property and the Management Company. This includes making recommendations on how to run the property more efficiently.
LEASING PROFESSIONAL
Job Description
The Main purpose of the job is to act as the Leasing Consultant. In addition, Leasing Consultant is to assist the Manager in the completion of her duties and to act as the Manager's liaison when the Manager is not on the premises and in times of emergency when the Manager is not available.
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Job Description A Maintenance Person has the full responsibility, under the supervision of the Property Manager, to perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the community. Responsible for completing various maintenance work in order to ensure apartments are prepared for occupancy in accordance with the make-ready schedule.
Qualifications:
Neat appearance is a must. Strong working knowledge in all areas of maintenance that include but are not limited to HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Good communication and organization skills, ability to supervise other maintenance personnel, common sense and good judgment. Must have own personal hand tools. Must have drivers license and a clean, dependable automobile. |
